EnviiroBulkk’s Wet Scrapper Conveyors are totally enclosed fully welded construction, leak proof conveyors. Forged Chain Links are used, manufactured out of low alloy steel having surface hardness of 55-60 HRC, The Sprockets as well as Trailing Wheels are also manufactured out of forged construction with a hardness of 55-60 HRC, Cast Basalt Liners are provided at bottom as well as on both sides to avoid any kind of Rubbing between the scrapper flights and bottom/side of conveyor.
